As Gaurd mode continues to be implemented into train sim world routes, here's an older route I think would suit having it fairly well. After West Somerset's fairly recent remaster making the route look absolutely fantastic. I think it's only fitting that it gets guard mode making it truly brought up to date in train sim world. On WSR this would probably create a somewhat unique experience for the player being a gaurd in a heritage setting. Could also include the use of different types of tickets to provide some more variety such as all line day rover or discount tickets, which are commonly used on heritage railways for members of other lines etc. Another feature could be being able to lean out of the gaurd's window. This is already present on MK1 NHA coach from JTs Preston-carlisle route (used in above photo) which is used alongside express services with the mk3s. I would love to see the same feature used elsewhere as it makes for some fun and interesting gameplay. Another could be Gaurd mode on some demonstration goods services on the line. Being positioned in 20T brake van, being able to dispatch the train with your whistle then sit back and enjoy a unique journey on a heritage goods train in the Somerset countryside. Overall, I think Gaurd mode on the WSR would be a welcome addition to the "recently" remastered route, providing some fun and unique gameplay. Let me know your thoughts and if you agree! PS: Gaurd mode provides amazing and fun extra gameplay for any route it is used on. For example Blackpool branches with the 142 which has recently had it added, I absolutely love gaurd mode in general and it has been so long awaited. The more routes that get it the better. I know there's probably quite a process to adding it but once added it is certainly worth it and I'm looking forward to seeing much more gaurd mode to come
