This may be a stupid suggestion - but here goes: Proposal - a fully functional Guard role within timetable mode. It could be accessed through the same menu that appears when the player sits in the driver's seat to drive a service, or through a keybind when the player sits down in any other seat on the train - for example. It would allow the player to perform station duties without the driver attempting to release or close doors, and the driver would reply to the ready-to-start buzzer. Checking tickets could potentially be implemented as well, but I find this gets tedious quite quickly so I wouldn't consider it hugely important. This is just my basic idea and I'm sure it will either be quickly dismissed by the community or drastically improved - certainly something I'd like to see though.
Very much like this suggestion! Have been suggesting it for a couple years now. Gaurd mode would be a very nice feature and very fun to have in the game.
Man this ain't stupid, I actually don't know why DTG didn't add it when TSW4 Released, they is trains with guard panels such as the 484 and the 158, with this it could be more fun and more realistic. It's abit stupid that DTG actually haven't added this!
I think guard mode is one of the features I'm missing most so adding it would definitely encourage me to keep playing especially if I got bored of driving.
