So I just loaded into livery designer and it seems that powercars of GWE HST are standard GWR instead of having blank livery on which I can create something. I checked if maybe it's just 2+4 variant bugged, but it seems to be on each GWE HST formation. You can also see that buttons icons on the menu are a little bit narrowed, although their hitbox remained the same.
