Every time I load up a service it doesn’t require me to load passengers at start station is this intended or a bug?
It is how the services were set up when they made the route, so it is as intended. Just a note.. Off Topic is really for posts that are not about TSW and not many people bother to check threads in this section. For quicker answers post your questions in the discussion areas of the forum. It doesn’t really matter which one for general questions like these, the PC, PS4 or xbox section, but probably best to use the one for the platform you play on in case it is platform specific, but many more people will see the thread and you’ll get an answer more quickly.
