PS5 Gwe Remaster - Where Is My 802?

    I have all the layers apart from the terrible isle of white route, but my BR Class 802 is not showing up in the GWE remaster on PS5. Is anyone else having this issue?

    I have 802 in the list. Try renewing the licenses.

    How to renew licenses on PS5

    Please note that renewing licenses will not affect your data.

    Go to Settings > Users & Accounts > Other > Renewal Licenses.
    Select the licenses you want to renew.
    To renew a license directly from the home screen or your game library, go to the game, press the Options button, and then select Renewal License from the menu.

    Hmm, doesn’t appear to be anything like that on the PS5. There is no “Users & Accounts” in the PS5 menu ☹️ under “Settings”

    Have you tried to select the 'choose a train' option, go to the 802 and access its services from GWER from there?

    Hello richardwwoodward

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the GWE Remaster. Did you install the Riviera Line: Exeter – Plymouth & Paignton Route Add-On to activate this layer?
    If you have, and restoring licenses as suggested above does not help, please create a ticket with our support team. They will try and help you resolve this issue.

    Yes I have everything installed (I have played the Rivera Line a fair amount as I bought the Deluxe version of TSW6), and I restored licenses via the PlayStation OS menus. Still nothing. I have all the layers on the Riviera Line (14 locos I believe) but Only 8 on GWE Remastered. Any advice on content for the ticket would be appreciated

    I have and only Riviera Line shows up

    When creating a ticket, try to add a detailed description of the issue you're experiencing, troubleshooting steps you have tried and screenshots from your installed AddOns and layers. Essentially anything that might help get to the bottom of the issue. If anything is missing our support team will ask for further details.

    You can try to reinstall Reviera line, I had also a layer not showing up, after a reinstall of the layered route it worked. This was on Xbox, but I have seen more reports also on PS5.
