For the biggest locomotive produces barely any run on the mainline

GWR 6000 Collet King Gorge V

GWR 4079 Collet Pendennis Castle

GWR 3717 Churchward City of Truro

 

Personally I think a Hall or Manor would offer more flexibility for the GWR.

 

I couldn’t find any recording of a hall or manor on tour
But saying that I believe Olton Hall went on some tours
And I might of skipped past the manor class
