Hamburg - Hanover Metronom Pack

I purchased this pack a few weeks back. I tried to load it today but it keeps failing with an error message like
"Unable to load railcar".

Can someone help?

And if so do you have all the requirements mentioned in the text?

To drive all 10 career scenarios in the pack, players will require Hamburg-Hanover Route Add-On (available separately)
and select scenarios also individually require
Train Simulator’s Metronom ME 146 Loco Add-On,
DB BR424 EMU Add-On and
Dispolok BR 189 Loco Add-On (each available separately).

I have the TS_Marketplace_Metronom_Scenario pack. But I don't have the three add-on's you mentioned. Could that be why then?
I have uploaded the error I am getting.

 

You bought a Scenario Pack - Without the trains or the route it does not work.
The error shows the Metronom loco and coaches missing.
