PC Hamburg - Lübeck: Not Active 1000 Hz Pzb Magnet Before Hamburg Hbf

The signal in the image below (shortly after Hasselbrook in the direction of Hamburg Hbf) doesn't have an always-on 1000 Hz magnet besides announcing a speed drop to 60. As speed drops to 60 always require a 1000 Hz magnet, this should be corrected please.
