Sometimes a patch or DLC does not download properly, this can usually be fixed by verifying the local files via Steam. Outdated mods or incorrect engine.ini entries can also cause crashes. Remove all mods and add them back one by one to find the culprit. Save your engine.ini (if you have modified it), reset it to default and try again.
