Starting Note: This will be an improved version of the same suggestion, with a bit of tidying up here and there. So DTG, if one of yous catches this before my report, make sure to delete the other version: (https://forums.dovetailgames.com/th...bypass-wunstorf-and-hannover-hbf-celle.38488/)

    Introduction:
The Hannover Freight Bypass is a route specifically for freight trains and any services which do not go via Hannover Hbf such as ICE Sprinters. The line between Wunstorf to Lehrte - the main part of the bypass - is 43km long, going through beautiful urban scenery and past multiple stadtbahn and S Bahn routes. It is one of the busiest freight routes in northern Germany, as it acts as a junction between freight trains coming from NRW, Bremen, Hamburg (more specifically the Maschen yard, which is the largest in Europe), Braunschweig and Fulda. I have included the line to Celle as that is where a large portion of the freight trains go to, and allows the route to feature more than just plain urban and suburban scenery. Between Celle and Lehrte is the S6 and S7 Hannover S Bahn routes, but it also goes beside the freight bypass until Ahlten - so an extra 15 km of track to Hannover Hbf won’t do any harm to complete the S6 and S7! Overall length of the route is ~85 km long (53 miles).

Route Explanation Part 1: The Main Freight Bypass

The freight bypass in Hannover goes past multiple large and busy marshalling yards making it very suitable for a freight route. Firstly, in the west, the lines from Bremen and Minden meet at the junction in Wunstorf. Following this, you go through past scenic countrysides and farms until you reach the huge Seelze Rbf, one of the largest of its kind in the region. Following Seelze and past Letter, the freight line branches away from the main line down to Ahlem and Bornum, drifting past Stadtbahn lines 9 and 10 and going through packed communes and lush greenery. You then enter the Linden Hafen, a smaller yet still partially busy yard. Following this, it goes through the S1 and S2 lines all the way to the Bismarckstraße junction where it continues east onto the mainline at Ahlten where you go through quiet suburban areas. Finally, at Lehrte, you will encounter the new Megahub Lehrte, an enormous brand-new yard which would be very fun to simulate with its large cranes and unique infrastructure. Naturally, being at the junction to Berlin, Braunschweig and Hamburg, it’s incredibly busy and, alongside with Seelze, provide the most amount of shunting services.
A large portion of these services go through without stopping, timetable scenarios would either go from Wunstorf - Celle or Wunstorf - Lehrte. Shunters usually stop at the yards, so their services may end at Seelze, Linden, Lehrte or Celle and operate between these yards; or could very rarely not stop at any of these stations.

Route Part 2: Hannover Hbf - Celle:
Moving away from freight for the meantime, the S6 and S7 are a huge part of the traffic on the route, and a route purely on freight wouldnt be as fun without some passengers services. Starting in Hannover Hbf, you hop along the Hannover - Berlin railway through business buildings and large communes, and a small depot as you go past Kleefeld station. Then you go through Hannover Karl Weichert Allee, Anderten-Misburg, Ahlten and Lehrte stations - past beautiful countrysides, suburban buildings and calm scenery. Then, at the Lehrte junction, the railway splits northward towards Burgdorf (Han). The railway continues past scenic countrysides and forests for 28km until you reach the Celle GBF, and finally Celle station where the S6 and S7 terminates.

S6: Hannover Hbf, Karl-Weichert Allee, Aligse, Burgdorf (Han), Otze, Elsershausen, Celle. Duration: 35 minutes.

S7: Hannover Hbf, Kleefeld, Karl-Weichert Allee, Ahlten, Lehrte, Aligse, Burgdorf (Han), Otze, Elsershausen, Celle. Duration: 45 minutes.

    Rolling Stock and Services:
There are many services going through this route. For sheer numbers, here they are:
Approximately 200 freight services come from Hamburg, 250 from Fulda, 150 from Bremen and 160 from Minden; this route will definitely be busy!

There are still a large amount of rolling stock which appear on this line that could be included, but fitting them all onto this DLC would be near impossible,

(NOTE: NONE OF THE PICTURES ARE MINE AND BELONG TO THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS)
As for rolling stock featured on the route, a large portion of services are taken over by Baureihe 152s, being a common sight on the line.

For the shunter, the legendary and all too known 294 was always a key part of this line until the 261s came about, and they’ll be included in this route.

Finally, for S Bahn services, Baureihe 424s operate the majority of the S Bahn services (They are also slightly modified versions of the 425)

Layers for this route include the Baureihe 185 (and the 185.5) from MSB and RRO respectively; the 187, 182, 204 and 363 which are all separate DLCs; and the ES64U2 from HBK. The G6 and 232 from TSG can also layer onto the route once they’re added.

AI trains include the 403 for the ICE Sprinter services, the 101 for IC services between Letter - Wunstorf and the Hbf - Lehrte, 146.2s and the dostos for RE1/RE8 services between Letter and Wunstorf. S-Bahn services between Wunstorf and Letter could be AI, and Bornum - Bismarckstraße should be AI.

    Final Notes:
I feel like this route should be added as it is a very unique route; the first in TSW which focuses on freight, one which has a very very large amount of shunting (if you dont count Hagen Vorhalle which is a wasteland in-game :| ), and with the new rush hour mechanics which allow for hundreds of services to be added, the freight traffic can be simulated quite realistically and can make it the busiest route (excluding AI services) in TSW! It also goes through my city so DTG, if you want reference hit me up! Although there’s 2 new rolling stock with this route, with enough time and dedication, it can work out (and the 424 is essentially a copy paste of the 425 with different speed limits and door steps). Of course, the 152 and 294 can substitute into many other routes to make the entire game feel more lively as a result. With the plethora of scenery, services and rolling stock, this route is sure to gather a decent audience!

Once again, thanks for reading as always :D
(P.S this is a bit rushed, since I’m a busy man, so sorry for that)
