PlayStation Harlem Line - Doors Not Closing

for some reason cannot close the doors on the M7A MTA. I open the doors and then for some reason the key begins to automatically go in and out by itself, when I try to do it myself the doors don’t react.

 

Make sure you have the brake applied at least 50% when stopped, I know the M3 on LIRR had this interlock so it might be the same thing here.

 

I had this bug happened with the train in emergency could not figure it out ended up restarting

 

So far so good , making sure the brake is applied to max at stations.
