The M3A car to car pass thru door has no highlight option to open from inside the car.But you can open it from the outside.The M3 has both options.
And here was I thinking they finally fixed the M3 gangway doors from LIRR. Well they fixed the hitbox on them at least. Hopefully this can be easily fixed as well
I have found a temporary way to bypass this problem untill they fix it(Someday maybe)While sitting in the driver seat use your free camera to get just above the center of the M3A doors you want to open and if your close enough to them you can open them between cars so you can pass thru while moving or stopped,annoying yes but it's at least a temporary option.
Also, the M7A cab doors should be reversed from how they are currently set up. The middle cars should have the cab closed to passengers can go from car to car while the front car should have it open so the engineer can access the left-side door controls.

Update the middle doors work fine either way it's only trying to open them end car doors that don't work.(You can still open them from the outside just not inside)
