I was driving on the TSW 3 version of the Harlem Line the other day and I noticed that the manual switches pop in really late compared to the TSW 2 version. For comparison, here is a screenshot taken in North White Plains yard in TSW 2: And here is approximately the same location in TSW 3: It is a bit hard to see the difference in a static image, so I also made two short videos. Here is a service starting in the yard at North White Plains in TSW 2: And here is the same service in TSW 3: I haven't noticed this difference in pop in for any other asset. For example, the automatic switch motors look just fine.
