Post more info on it like the service number, where it happened, did it give you any warnings, safety systems, etc. They won't know how to fix it if they don't know what service it is and how you were playing the game. There are multiple red light issues in harlem but since we don't have any other info other than screenshots.
l cant remeber what train number l was driving but it didnt give me warnings and it happend near yankee stadium east 153rd street station on my way to grand central
