Even though it's not out yet, I'd like to make some suggestions to DTG that I believe would bring good return on investment once the Harlem Line is out and established. ________________________________________________________________________________________ GE P32ACDM & Shoreliner Cars GE P32ACDM in current Metro-North MTA livery Bombardier Shoreliner IV Coach (MTA Blue) Bombardier Shoreliner IV Cab Car (MTA Blue) Scenarios: 2 Tutorial; one for the locomotive, other for the control car, both showing process for switching modes. 3 Main; one northbound, one southbound, one coming from Yankees before turning north (simulating a yard move from Highbridge). This trainset has been used for both the Hudson and New Haven lines for Train Simulator and adds interesting visual and operational variety. While new models and sounds would need to be developed for TSW, I think the investment would be worth it. It would also allow for future Genesis models to be produced more easily for possible Amtrak content. Push-pull trains on Metro-North are an icon, and can be seen quite literally across the system. There's been many nights I've been in GCT and been thrilled to see a set of Shoreliners waiting to take me home without having to change in Brewster. FL9s were still common in the vibrant "Beach Ball" scheme, and the war-worn ACMUs were still working hard. The M3s were fairly new and all units had the iconic white "M" in a blue circle logo. The inspiration for this pack is the Diesel Legends of the Great Western DLC for the Great Western route, one of my favorites. Again, for the time involved in modelling new assets for the FL9, older Shoreliners, and ACMU, I feel like this would be a huge payoff; especially for older buffs who remember the older equipment and variety it provided. The Danbury Railway Museum has both an FL9 and ACMU, and the Railroad Museum of New England have an operating FL9; both museums are very kind and easy to deal with, and I'm sure would love to help. Thank you for your consideration!

I updated the post with photos to be more consistent with my Boston Sprinter Suggestion thread, as well as future suggestion posts I submit Enjoy!
The P32 only runs a few express services on the Harlem Line. I looked up the timetable, and they only have 2 outbound and 2 inbound services that run down to Grand Central Terminal. Everything else is just shuttle trains between Wassaic and Southeast. A few depot services would probably also be added, but I see no more than 10 services for a P32 DLC. I think DTG should wait until they one day do the Hudson Line, and then just layer it onto Harlem. The P32 is a lot more common on the Hudson Line, plus they would be able to hit 2 birds with 1 stone by making the Amtrak P32 with it.
The MTA is still running a COVID timetable, which I believe is only 80% of the normal service? At the moment maxi sets aren't even laying over in Wassaic. That being said, we've seen fewer services for other trains in different DLC, that doesn't make them any less interesting or fun. Push pull trains do operate more frequently on the Hudson for Poughkeepsie trains, but the New Haven also runs Waterbury and Danbury trains direct; that's three lines worth of push pull trains for added AI traffic. At the very least you'd be able to mingle with more than M3s and 7s while in service mode, adding more realism to the route.
Also, every saturday morning out of Grand Central between 12:07AM - 1:47AM those train departures to New Haven are usually P32's instead of m8s. Also didn't there used to be direct P32s from Grand Central to Wassaic on Saturdays before covid?
