PC Harlem M3a End Of Cab Door Front Or Back Won't Open Problem On Some Of The End Car

I found a very interesting bug on the M3A. For some reason when i try to go through the front, or end cab door on the opposite side, the door won't open, only some did. Here are picture of some of the Cab Car End doors that won't open

Along with Cab Door end 8003, 8106, 8107, 8048, 8049
Please look into this team

 

Its all the middle doors not just them

 

It drives me nuts because i cant do any of the yard movies because the tunnels are so dark and the walls block the side doors. so i just leave it for the AI.
