I noticed since yesterday’s update there has been a decrease in FPS where I would get 60-75 FPS but it’s 30-35 FPS. Has there been a decrease in FPS? And no I didn’t make changes to the settings.
First let me say that I have my frame rate set to 'unlimited', yes I do see some reduction in the overall fps displayed but what I am really seeing is an increase in stuttering. Prior to this update I would have very brief stutters, but now they are somewhat more frequent and longer. I am running a Nvidia 3070 card so there is plenty of video capacity.
I'm on my usual FPS no change for me. I did get a huge windows update yesterday, maybe your machine is working on that?
I have also noticed the stuttering increase, being really huge and frequent when running at lower monitor refresh rates like 60Hz. When using 144Hz for instance I just see the game running better as before. I tested that with no engine.ini tweaks in both DX11 and DX12 modes. Cheers
