How do I turn on the interior lights on the M7? The manual didn’t say Jack squat about it. I know it’s on the screen, but I need help figuring out how to turn ‘em on from the screen.
    Thanks.

Well, it's like you say, the saloon lighting on the M7's are operated from a button on the lefthand touchscreen....buuuuuuuut the problem is, those touchscreens cannot be operated. As far as I can tell, they don't work on consoles, but they do work on the PC version....as to why, I have no clue.
I think it's the same exact situation with the HVACs. They do work, and they're in the game, but for some reason you can't toggle these things on or off whenever you like. Instead, you have to wait for an active service to start, whereby the train will do its own little setup procedure and turn on the lighting and HVAC for you.

well I never... never knew there was more to this screen. Indeed nothing clickable on the PS4. As the rather helpful poster above states, believe it’s correct that both lights and HVAC etc are on at startup or default even.

Yeh the buttons on console to turn off the lights don't work on console on the m7 yet on the m3 they make turning off and on the lights functional. Maybe in the lirr update, they will make turning off and on the lights on console on the m7 functional because if it can work on pc, then there is no reason why it can't work on console
