When I launched Steam today from the icon that's been on my desktop for years, something calling itself "big picture mode" popped up. It's hideous and I wanted to get out of it, so I looked it up on the internet and found multiple suggestions for doing so. Following the instructions in one of these, I modified the Steam\Bin\Panorama file. After doing this, clicking the Steam desktop icon resets both of my monitors, making them nearly useless. What I think I need now is perhaps to remove Steam from my C: drive (all of my Steam apps are on another hard drive) and reinstall it, but I'm afraid to do so at this point. Advice? Please!
