I’m playing southeastern high speed in a class 395 and I start the train as normal: turn master key, move reverser to neutral, hold ctrl, press pan down shoes up, open doors. Then when doors close, reset DRA and release brakes. But when I add power. Nothing happens. I wait for the brakes to release, nothing. Turned the train off then back on again to reset it, nothing. Opened then closed doors again, nothing. Please tell me if I’m doing something wrong or missing something it’s starting to piss me off! https://100001.onl/

Have you moved the reverser into forward before you closed the doors?

Press the pan button again. I’ve had it happen few times.

Sounds like the part I've highlighted in bold text is your issue. You don't have the pantograph raised if starting on the HS section and you don't have the 3rd rail contact shoes down for the normal section.

Make sure the Line Volt light is on and the MCB light is off.

Without having it in front of me, I believe you have to hit pan up/shoes down twice.
once to put the pantograph up (or the third rail shoes down), and a second time to close the circuit breaker

Download the guide from here https://www.hollandhiking.nl/trainsimulator/tsw-tsw2020
It’s has far better explanation than in Dtg’s manual.
The real thing is clunky and you need to check those line voltage and mcb lights every time.
Gave me no end of bother at first so you’re not alone.
