PlayStation Help! The Tsw2 Does Not Run Anymore, And I Could Not Send The Report Due To Captcha Errors!

Hi, I need your help!
Today after creating a new scenario, with Scenario Planner for the first time TSW2 showed and error message, and did not run anymore!
I tried to report this to Support Team as was requested, but I could not send it due to captcha not recognized!
Never had problems with captchas before.
But with this one after several tries, always have wrong captcha message.
I wrote all the letter and numbers, together and then separated by spaces as shown but no way about it!
Could someone be so kind to help me about it!

But I could solve the problem!
I deleted the Scenario I created, and the game runned again.
But clearly there are problems when creating new scenarios!
