Help With Danish Routes

Does anyone have experience with the Danish Routes. I am having problems trying to get anything to work

 

I have run one in the past which covers the area around Kobenhavn and over the Oresund Bridge in to Sweden.
I had to download the route and Assets on https://www.railworks.dk/ where you need to register.

What is the problem you are having?

 

I cannot see any of the locos I purchased. They show as good in Locoswap yet when I go to run a Free Roam I get the error that the loco is missing. Kind of irritating since I spent money on the locos

 

Which ones have you downloaded - I can look at them on my setup

 

I will test each using the route editor and see if I can visually see them. Will provide more info later thx.

 

The problem with LocoSwap and TSTools is they see the Loco's bin file but that does not say it has been installed.
When AP release a pack that has Extra Stock it installs the various bin files for repaints
If you did not have the base loco/wagon you get nothing but LocoSwap and TSTools still see the file.

Try placing the locos you have purchased in a Free Roam

 

The one Danish unit I have problems with is the GBE X31K Emu which causes the game to crash when I pick it.

Other stuff works ok

Eb Electric is a repaint of the RSSLO BR193


S-Tog emu is a repaint of the RSC/BR423

Interesting. I purchased and downloaded directly from Railworks Danmark. Not a lot of info with the product or on the site.

Did you have the fopixtrains wagons - they don't seem to be available anymore

 

I have not seen these - sorry. Been buying some RSSLO stuff in Valentines sale.

 

I have been swapping them out with VR Wagons of the same type.

 

A new RSSLO German route is out.

 

Quite correct. Unless I am driving the vehicle I’ll swap most things out with a replacement.

 

How are you doing with the Danish Sjaelland Route?

I had three attempts to get out of Kobenhavn towards Koege Nord and it keeps crashing at the same location with only one train on the route.

Might bin it.

 

Free Roam or Scenario?

 

I was doing a Scenario, Biler til skandinavien (Litra MZ), where you drive a car train from Ringstead to Malmo

Try going in to the route Editor near to Ny Ellebjerg - just west of Kobenhavn and see if it crashes

I driving the Öresundståget GBE X31K from Malmö to Helsingör without any problems. Free roam.

 

Try driving it West from Kobenhaven towards Ringstead.

 

Will try and find time this weekend to test.

 

Great route. Thoroughly enjoyed what I got done. I was running Free Roam. At first I let the train follow the set route. I then ended up in a dead end. The penny dropped. I needed to keep setting the points all the way down to direct the train the way it needed to go. Very much like a logic puzzle. It worked fine for me. This is definitely a keeper for me. It requires a LOT of planning and setting of points, however, this is something I enjoy. I saw no drop rates or issues. Went into the Editor at the point in the map I am showing. No issue on my end.

My map so far - a looooong way to go with this one. Many more nights before I get this fully catalogged.

This must be one of the biggest routes there is in TSC. Track length must be circa 400+ miles and 200+ stations. Maybe more track length than I realize. For a free route what is there not to like about it.

When I run TS Tools it tells me I don't have

Do you have these or are they a false report?

If those *missing* rules are applied to lofts or roads, don't worry about it.

 

I driving train from Malmö-Köpenhamn-Ringsted-Grossenbrode in Germany, no problem.

Thx Thor. Was driving both Jylland and Sjaelland Free Roams and was pleasantly surprised. Some of the assets and track are old, however, the sheer size of the routes is awesome. It was challenging to get the rolling stock and assets to start running these routes (my Danish is non-existent and some of the documentation was for me difficult to understand). Now I have them installed I am happy.

I have reinstalled the route from scratch but when i go to Ny Ellebjerg it is slow in loading and then will crash.
I renamed an asset provider so those assets don't appear and it is better now if a bit stuttery in the area.

 

Peter is it just the scenario is giving issues? Does it run ok in that area with Free Roam? Regards

 

Not a scenario problem.
I created a Free Roam starting at Ny Ellebjerg and its slow to load.
When I start to drive it stutters a bit but as soon as I get away from the area it is fine.
I'm using that DSB Emu which is quite good

I renamed the AndreasHoff with an X so they would not appear and it has helped.
Assets\AndreasHoffX\Byggnader\Scenery\DK_Butikker

 

So it's AndreasHoff Assets bugged?

 

I don't know if that is the problem or there was too many items in the one tile causing the crash.
Non of the AndreasHoff\Byggnader\Scenery\DK_Butikker seemed to be railway buildings
