I cant get great western express on my xbox as preserved collection it says 24.99 I have the original version of tsw and was wondering what to do
Start by opening TSW2020 rather than TSW2. In TSW2020, access the store, then scroll right. You should see "free" versions of your preserved routes listed there. If you download them they'll appear next time you open TSW2.
I had the same problem. If you own it on disc go to support and onto TSW collectors edition claims. Explain and they’ll ask for photographs of the disc/box. They’ll send you codes to get it from the store. Hope this helps.
