Horseshoe Curve: es44ac sound (current one is no near to gevo) , wipers/rain, dynamics flaw, banking comm... Canecreek: winter green artefacts, AC4400 rear boogie, proper cars... Did I miss something?
the 187. Jane wants to take a look at older dlc so maybe we will get those upgraded someday although no guarantee
Re Cane Creek… The derailments passing through hand points in the trailing direction could do with sorting. The point being in reality the wheels would simply push the point blades across.
Yes. AIUI the UK still has some old-school non-runthrough switches, but TTBOMK the US abandoned those years ago.
Well it's certainly not a feature on other US routes with hand points, or in Run 8 for that matter. Even if the points were locked, just as when powered points are accidentally run through there is usually sufficient weight from the train wheels to deform the switch blade or shred the motor mechanism - which means the points are trashed and need repairing but don't lead to an even more potentially expensive or disastrous derailment.
The only places in the US that you will see a spring switch is tourist railroads. The Strasburg uses them.
I'm having a hard time with some of your initialisms, solicitr. TTBOMK ?? Took me a while to work that one out. Is there a dictionary I could use, BTW? AFAYK, I mean.
Same here would Google be correct by them meaning: TTBOMK being to the best of my knowledge AIUI being as I understand it I do know a few but nothing very complicated at all!
