On todays launch stream of HHL I notified Matt and Sam about the screens going black on the 766.2 cabcar when switching back to interior from exterior view. Matt said it was intentional for the screens to be turned of to save memory whilst in exterior view and that it only happened when the camera was moved a sufficient distance away from the cabcar model itself. That's fine and dandy, but the screens on my game are gone for an extended period of time. And I did not move the camera far away from the train, I was only using the orbit camera (2 cam) close to the 766.2. This has only happened to me on HHL driving the cabcar and not on the other German routes. I was able to catch this on recording as it is happening consistently as I am gaining higher levels of speed (120 km+), and they seem to come back again when the speed drops.
