if you mean the one on the west coast mainline south, it comes up as shut down and master key off Shift W turns the master key to on Then you can move it from OFF to forward
Hi Welcome to the forums jimboyuk#5085, as ARuscoe has said make sure you have your master key on and also your DRA off. Here is a picture to show you. Hope this helps.
Can't remember on the DTG version but you may also have to accept the computer config, if you look up and right from the forward view there's a black computer screen with white boxes at the bottom. If the very bottom left one is ON then hold the CTRL key (bottom left of your keyboard) and press 1, this box should then go black If you don't do this the unit won't apply power
