Yesterday, I actually just caught up the end of the very interesting 90 minutes documentary about the history of the locomotive on TV. Really want to rewatch it, it's available to stream until the 13th of June here: https://www.arte.tv/de/videos/113570-000-A/die-eisenbahn/ Audio is available in german and french only, but it offers english, spanish and italian subtitles in a big yellow font. If you have problems with location restrictions because you want to access from outside of France or Germany, try a VPN browser extension. Probably it will be uploaded (at least partwise) on the Arte YouTube channel as well. I maybe can update this post when it happens.
