Some interactable components on the HKA hopper wagons cannot be selected, such as the hopper door levers or the coupler lock bars. The problem seems to be the VirtualHIDInteractionComponents in the RVV file are too small. If you use the 'ghost' command in the editor to clip into the model and get right up close to the components, the interaction prompts appear properly. Example:
