PlayStation Hma: Br423 Ai Driver Vanishes When Using Secondman Seat

Issue: When on-board an AI driven BR 423, when sitting in the secondman seat, the AI driver vanishes. When sitting in a normal passenger seat, the driver reappears.

To recreate: Board an AI driven BR 423 service and sit in the secondman seat.

Not a huge bug of course, but one I have discovered
