IMG_0022 by jackthom posted Nov 13, 2023 at 8:38 PM I wonder if anyone else has just noticed in some of the non-TSW4 routes that where the centre of track sleepers are meant to have a slight covering of ballast, this appears from a distance to be a black hole or a shadow at the centre and the ballast covering only starts to appear much closer to the train. Then with the free camera when zooming right in, there appear to be holes and slits in some sleepers where ballast is poking through. I checked the new ECML route and that looked ok so I think it’s only visible in those which have been upgraded for inclusion in TSW4. I don’t recall ever noticing this until today when I couldn’t get the PC Route Editor to start up without crashing, so I had a good drive instead starting with NTP. The photo above belongs to another FM and looks similar but is not exactly what I’ve tried to describe. Edit: Better pictures posted below..
Peak Forest suffers from this, looks LOVE,I wish there was a track switcher like we use to have in TS tools.

Yeah looks terrible was on SOS I first noticed it but I wish it could be removed/switched off, just an immersion killer and very noticable from the cab
