Hi all can anyone help me please stuck on 6c07 hoo junction to south Croydon part 2. when it comes to coupling up x15 carriages I don’t get the permission to pass what am I doing wrong or is this a glitch. waited for 30 mins and all that happens is other trains keep passing by me can anyone help me please

I have completed that service quite recently. The wait is extensive, and I had to wait for a Javelin to pass me, and then I had to contact the signaller. Then I could proceed.
