Horn Audio Mod On Sd40-2 Didn't Work

I installed TSW2 2 days ago from Steam and the horn audio on the CSX SD40-2 in the Training Session section of Sand Patch Grade is not sounding right, so I went on the forum Train Simulator Community and downloaded the pak file named TS2Prototype-CSXSD402HornAudio.pak
I put that file in the following folder:
K:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Train Sim World 2\WindowsNoEditor\Content\Paks
But when I re-run TSW2 again, the weak horn audio on the CSX SD40-2 is unchanged when doing Training Session again.
What did I do wrong?

 

Wrong folder. It goes in the folder \steamapps\common\Train Sim World 2\WindowsNoEditor\Content\DLC

 

Just to confirm that I have the correct folder location for the audio mod file..
You say steamapps\common\Train Sim World 2\WindowsNoEditor\Content\DLC
but I have steamapps\common\Train Sim World 2\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Protype\Content
In my WindowsNoEditor folder there is only 2 Folders, Engine and TS2Prototype

Question: Do I create a new folder called "Content" under WindowsNoEditor and also create a new folder in Content called DLC ?
That folder that I have called TS2Prototype is confusing me.

 

There was a typo in the path given to you - correct one is this:
steamapps\common\Train Sim World 2\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Protype\Content\DLC
