Signals & Track How Do I Add A Head To This Signal Post?

I was doing some experiments with signals and I was wondering how I can add a head to this Ks Signal

The plan is to make it look like this exact one:

Those KS Signals are broken somehow in the Editor. Maybe they work normally then in the game or they need an update.

 

Has this Problem with the broken KS Signals been solved yet?
