Hi everyone, I was wondering how I would customize a Signal to my needs, considering configurations like Zs 2, Zs 3 and all those other special configurations. Could someone please walk me through how I would do that for my special Signal? Thanks! I have included a picture below...
I’m also interested in this, though not so much in making custom indicators but on adding fairly standard junction indicators to my 3 light signals. Hoping someone can help with a quick tutorial.
For a Zs3 it's just a matter of adding another signal head to the signal, i.e. under signal heads click on +, select the Zs3 as signal head type, and edit the transformation to put it on top of the existing signal head. Then you need to edit the signal's route data to have a speed restriction, I think that part is also fairly well explained in the masterclass if I'm not mistaken. If you have these two things set up then everything works automatically. You can even add a Zs3v similarly to the previous signal and it would also work automatically then. The way to go about this kind of things, and also how I figured this out, is to load a DTG route in the editor and figure out how the signals are configured there. There are plenty of them with a Zs3. Just click on one and inspect everything that you can see in the details
By double-clicking on it in the Content Explorer. People would have a bit of a hard time making Scenarios and Timetables for existing routes if they couldn't open them, right?
