How Do I Spawn/delete Trains In Timetable Mode?

Caught by a red-light bug at the end of an hour-plus run (Salzburg). Can probably clear it by removing the train that's blocking me, but the Free Roam tools don't seem to be available. Help!

Tried that: nothing. No menu pops up; nothing happens at all.

 

Oh, LOVE! Could it be that in Journey mode, Free Roam tools are disabled?

EDIT: what’s the service name to see if that’s happening to me ?
