As per the above. How do I submit a ticket about not being able to log in when it won't let me log in? I am often asked to log in, not through choice because of the problem I get trying to log in. It says my account does not exist. I had the same problem when I installed TSW2 and went to enter my details on the playstation. Out of desperation and wanting it sorted quick I clicked the reset password. I entered all the same details and got going again. But this is becoming more of a pain than the bugs in the game for me
Many thanks all. From the way that set up looks it has always looked to me as if I had to log in first before I could submit a ticket. I have submitted one now. It is mad I am logged in here but in another window where I can view my screen shots it logged me out as it often does then I have problems getting back in. And still am today, usually it would have sorted itself by now
