Something that always bugged me with this website is that it would never let me copy and paste more than 4 photos into one message. Is there a way around this?
You have to use an external image hosting site to link the photo to a thread. The limits doing this way I believe is 20.
or if you can and it serves an actual purpose for a thread, you can use some photo merger (or just merge pics in imgflip.com), that way even 5 pics will still be one file like this... hopefully I havent just opened a huge can of worms edit: done this on imgflip.com, kept as much of original resolution as possible... and technically, it is one file
1. You can upload up to 5 images per post, not 4. 2. As Blacknred81 said you can have 20 linked images per post. Ideal for suggestions. However the Forum does not allow any host server to be used. For example, Google Drive isn't allowed. Primarily other websites where image are depicted work well. I used this very very well here. - P.S. If you have nothing better to waste your time with, maybe give it a try. I attached all photos I could found. How can you add more than 5 self-uploaded pictures to a post within the Forum? You can combine point 2. with point 1. but instead of hosting anywhere else, you upload up to 5 images to a subsequent post and use it as an "image pool post". Note that this image pool post does not need to be in the same thread as the post you want to attach the images to. I don't know if it is against the forum rules but I did this already here as it was necessary for a tutorial of mine and the clarity of the tutorial suffered from the upload limit of only 5 images per post.
again: not sure if this is or isnt against the rules, but I am sure that in those rare cases when you really need to post so many pics, you can apply my method... since many online pic mergers are BS, display a lot of ads etc., the safest option is to use Imgflip.com sure, it applies its mark into of the corners of the pic, but it is still easiest... after you upload first pic there, make sure to go into "more options..." and select the option that says to use original resolutions... this will make the pic bigger tho ... I hope this serves you well, or others who need to use this
