Hi, I'm a tyro for this game. I want to change the mesure unit, e.g. mile to kilometer, feet to meter, MPH to KPH, and so on. I'm now playing the tutorial, can I do something to change it? Thanks!
You can't change these. Measuring units are tied to the route that you are driving on so for example a US route will always use miles and a German route will always use kilometers.
