How To Create The 'r' On Distant Signals.

Hello, all,

I was recently signalling my own route when I came across this signal:


I used Google to find out that the 'R' means it is a distant signals and I was wondering how to add this to an ATS or Just Trains signal. Any help would be appreciated.
