Hiya! I have been somewhat (extremely) struggling with the official Czech LIDAR data conversion, so I figured somebody could appreciate this. These are only some steps I didn't find in any other topics or videos. Geoprohlížeč Add Layers -> ZABAGED - Altimetry - DMR5G Click the three dots next to layer name and select Export data Put in whatever e-mail, I don't need to use this as I will download directly. Draw a polygon around the desired area. Please note, that the range is limited, so you'll need to do this in a few pieces. Select Feature Geodatabase (Raster Dataset) and export it. (This is a step that made this quite difficult for me as I didn't know which one to choose and how to get it in QGIS correctly) Go to download data. QGIS and PC Editor Follow the tutorial from Alex to import OSM and DEM as it's very detailed and I was succesful on importing British LIDAR using it. Import (by dragging it in) the whole GDB folder one at a time. Now you're ready to get back to Alex's tutorial on merging, tiling, converting and all the other stuff. Note that the CRS is 5514 Krovak and should be converted to Pseudo-Mercator. Also, in PC Editor, don't forget to set the correct UTM Zone, which you can find out e.g. here. I hope this is somewhat useful. It really doesn't contain all the information needed, but these are the missing bits I wish I could have found somewhere.
