Steam How To Get The Guard Mode To Work On The Class 101 Diesel Railcar (solved).

Hi Guys.
Can anyone help me and tell me how to get the Conductor mode to work properly on the GWE, tells me to make sure doors are closed, but they aren't and have no idea how to close them, short of myself, running up and down the platform closing them, that can't be right?
Bear in mind, it's on the class 101 Diesel Legends timetable, so, I am at a loss on how to get the guard mode to work and get the Ai driver to move the train, any help would be greatly appreciated.
