Fishing Sim World How To Start A New Profile

Hey guys,

I want to start all over again and i want a new profile but i have spend 4x reinstalling the game trying delete the game entierly from the computer and no result i am still maxed out.

in the main menu there is no option to make/reset to a new profile.

So i was wondering if somebody could help me with this.

Really would like this added to the game options too.
