    HI
I am trying to get a livery download from TSW 2 Mod Website, but for some reason, it said you also need raginglightnings livery in order to work?

After I download this I try opening it up but it won't open up instead it tells me i need to install .NET Core. which I don't know what is that.

Once I click yes it brings me to a new window page and tell me to download
    Download .NET Core 3.1 Runtime
Since this is my first time downloading this, does anyone know how to install this program, and what is it used for. Can someone please guide me through this step by step?

Lastly, How do I install the Raging Lightning Livery Manager correctly without breaking the game? Thanks :)

I remember after download i had to set the path of tsw2 and a repaint directory, then create one custom livery on tsw if you havent done an own repaint.

From this point you put the livery in your repaint folder, so you can choose the file and import that. Just dont overwrite your self created paint, its also visible in a slot.

It's a Microsoft library. Normally it should be installed automatically, but it seems this does not always work. You can download it here:

    https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/3.1

I think you could have found this by yourself easily.
I do not think this tool will break your game, but depending on what you do with it it may break all your liveries. You should not blame this program for that as far as I can see. Always make sure to have backups of your game save area. You can use ToolkitForTSW to do this in the easy way.

Hi everyone. I am hoping that someone who uses Raging lightning's TSW3 Livery Manager can possibly suggest a solution to my problem. Other people must be using it so I am assuming that something is wrong. The old version used to work but since I have installed the new version (following a reinstalltion of TSW3) I cannot get it to work. I can correctly identify the directories (set library/ set game) and import files but when I click on Save it does not work and produces the error message: "[Err] Unable to save liveries. Object reference not set to an instance of an object" . I am ok with file structures but fairly clueless with coding! Can anyone suggest a practical solution to try that might work. I am assuming that I cant just 'paste' the livery files somewhere? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
