How Would I Change The Interior Textures To Suit A Custom Livery

    i'm trying to make the interior seats on a train have a custom moquette design, but its not working, can anyone help or give any advice on what to do, trying to make a 5 car 387 with a custom livery and custom interior design too

    I don't think there's any way of doing that, short of re-texturing the interior to fit the existing UV maps. (At least that's the least intensive method I can think of.)

    yeah i'm fine with doing that, i rarely use liveries that arent my companies ones, what would i have to do to be able to import the textures, as thats the part thats being very fustrating

    as my mum would say: "Aye, there's the rub." The textures for all of the DLC content, locos and carriages included, are kind of baked into their respective plugins. In practice, what you'd probably have to do is export the mesh of the train car (if it lets you,) and re-texture everything by hand with new materials and textures, which would be a somewhat Herculean task given that all you want to do is change the seats. There just isn't any easy way that I'm aware of. I hope someone can chime in if I'm way off base, though.

    Sorry if I'm not being terribly helpful, I've got some texturing headaches of my own to contend with, once I've recovered from work.
