I have set the loco correctly, and still it shows traction lock and refuses to move... I tried applying Parking brake and releasing it (that usually does away with traction lock on FP40H), bailing off the Independent brake... only things that helps is slamming the brakes into Emergency and then putting em to Suppression, then releasing them... I am pretty positive this isnt how it should be done?
on Boston Providence, it shows Traction lock, but when you apply Parking brake and release it, the icon disappears... havent tried if this applies to the new version... anyway, the Traction lock on HSP 46 appears to be bugged, my only workaround I found out is that if you apply Emergency setting, then wait a tiny bit and then move back to Suppression, the Traction lock disappears, which is weird and this is not related, but I am having a bit of hard time to get used to the notches on HSP 46, it is like till notch 6 it is sluggish and then bam as you get into 7 and 8 the tractive effort goes almost double... but since I dont know much about HSP 46 and how it is supposed to behave, I cant say if it is supposed to be like this or not
I don't have the New MBTA route, well not yet that is, but I can fire up the FP40H and see what happens in my game.
I just fired up the Boston Sprinter route and the below scenario, I did have to set the cutoff valve and the musA valve to lead Everything else went well, and I'm not seeing the traction lock icon.
yep, everything but as I do apply Parking brake and release it afterwards, the traction lock icon disappears (Boston Providence version)... not like I cant start or anything, but the traction lock icon annoys me lol, and this workaround works but the one on HSP is pure BS... at least it gets rid of the icon
