I know there are two types of HST in the game but the Valenta engine type of HST in Intercity 125 livery and Intercity swallow livery that would be a great way to show the Class 43 HST some love and maybe put it the GWB Legends of the Great Western and possibly the East Coast Main Line, Midland Main Line etc it would be amazing to have a pack like that
A great suggestion. However, the only route that would work would be West Cornwall Local as it is set in 1991. ECML is modern day, MML is a few years ago which means that neither are truly suitable for Valenta HST sets. As for DLOGW, this is meant to reflect 1971 which is before even the prototype HSDT set. HSTs started working from Paddington in 1976.
There are a few excellent HST BR era liveries online (Blue & Grey, Executive and IC Swallow) which I use in freeroam on the ECML, MML and occasionally Blackpool Branches though these do not have Valenta engines. I do hope to at some point set up a 1980s era timetable for the ECML and MML but currently have no clue how to do this :/
