Sorry if this has been discussed already but over the last week or so I’ve noticed a bit missing from the hud. I’ve roughly circled where I mean below. It used to say how much throttle or brake you were using. Is it just me or has it been removed completely?
There was never anything where you have circled other than the driver/drone icons in Classic Control controller setting for console controllers. The brake and throttle amounts are shown in other areas of the HUD. Throttle notches or position are in the square within the speedometer and the brakes are shown on the dials, inputs at the bottom, actual cab dials to the left. Changes you make come up as text at the far right of the screen if you have those notifications turned on in the settings.
As others have stated, there has never been anything where you circled. The Throttle positions & loco/brake position indicators are labelled as below
Apologies. You’re all correct. It used to be below next signal and speed limit indicator. Upload successful used to show in the same place but doesn’t anymore. It was there the first day of the new Scottish route and never showed since. It still shows on TSW2 though. I do know about the other throttle and brake indicators within the main part of the HUD. I was just curious.
I think what you´re looking for is to be ticked (or unticked) in the configuration menu. Look for "Show Next Signal Status - Next Signal Distance" and tick it. My syntax might not be 100% accurate (can´t look it up right now), but it´s something to that expression.
Check your settings. Perhaps it's this one called "notifications"? Or try a few other settings in the HUD menu.
Classic controls has an icon there to indicate if you were in "driver" or "camera" mode - but otherwise that's it.
Problem solved. I’d turned off notifications in the general section of settings. Thanks for your comments guys
