Suggesting This due to the fact this branch of the EastCoast mainline is a hidden gem, Hull - Scarborough & York would bring some interesting opportunities, With a full circuit potentially being added in the future. The rolling stock would include TPE Class 185 (Scarborough > York) NTR Class 158 (Hull > Bridlington & Scarborough) (158s occasionally see work on the York > Bridlington Stoppers) NTR Class 155 (Hull > Bridlington) (York stopper) TPE Nova 2 Class 802 (Scarborough > York) NTR Class 170 (Hull > Scarborough) NTR Class 150/2 (Appears so often on York > Bridlington Stoppers) AI Can include; Hull Trains 802/3 (Hull > KGX) LNER 80× (York) Class 66 (Freight) Class 37 (Parcel Sidings) & More Stations would include; Hull Cottingham Beverley Arram Hutton Cranswick Driffield Nafferton Bempton Hunmanby Filey Seamer Malton York An extension: We could have the Northern Service to Hull which carries on to Bridlington, When the Service is going towards hull, these stop at; Church Fenton Sherburn-In-Elmet Selby Easington Howden Gilberdyke Broomfleet Brough Hull (Carries on to Bridlington) The extension includes more AI Services going to Doncaster, Leeds & London. Why do i suggest this? This is my local line, And it's always been one of the routes I want to see be recreated in Train Sim World. This brings alot of potential, With single line running, with a route that is a Full Circuit of itself, You could drive to Scarborough as Northerns Sheffield to Scarborough Service, Swap to a TPE Service, Take that to Leeds and then swap again to head back to Hull in a Northern 155/158 or the potential 150/2. Thanks for taking your time to read this, It would be great to see the Yorkshire Coastline in Train Sim World in it's modern glory.
That's three routes: Hull to Scarborough Scarborough to York York to Hull Won't happen. The Yorkshire Coast Line would be a route in itself. Also, a better end point would be Doncaster (via Goole and Selby), rather than York. I say that because Doncaster is a crew change point for Northern. Given they're obviously the focus, that would make more sense. Also: To get from York to Hull, one would have to go through Selby. Which would make the LNER and Hull Trains playable between Hull and Selby (with LNER AI at York) as long as we have the appropriate rolling stock. TPE runs 185s and also 802s (once the works at Huddersfield stop) between Hull and Leeds (continuing to Liverpool) through Selby. 155s are a must, they'll be gone before long. (Fun fact, they're one of the rarest trains: there's only seven and they work mostly York-Hull/Brid services along with the occasional Halifax run.)
Could make a good network, I would suggest setting it slightly earlier before Scarborough, Bridlington and the Hull - Selby line was resignalled. Although licencing may be a potential hurdle to clear. In theory the 155s could be reworked from the existing class 153 model to undo the single car modifications.
