As a veteran of the TSW series, I have always wanted a DLC for Hungarian railways, well mostly because of the Ganz V43 series, so here are my ideas: These are some of the most popular/beautiful train lines of the Hungarian railway: - Line 30 from Budapest-Deli to Nagykanizsa This line is right beside Lake Balaton, all kind of trains go here such as the V43 series, the 470 series, Stadler KISS, Flirt, these are mostly IC and express trains (Topart IC, Balaton IC and a few other) - Line 100 from Budapest-Nyugati to Szob This line goes alongside the Danube towards Slovakia, it's called "Dunakanyar" in Hungarian Semi-express and passenger trains (Z70, S70) are the most common here, however there are a few IC and EC's - Line 100 from Budapest-Nyugati to Nyiregyhaza Probably the busiest line in Hungary, this line goes through the entire Hungarian plain (Alfold) IC's, EC's, semi-express and passenger trains populate this line, such as Napfeny IC (Szeged-Budapest), Nyirseg-IC (Nyiregyhaza-Budapest), Tokaj IC or the "Circle IC" going from Budapest-Nyugati to Budapest-Keleti in a big circle stopping at one of Hungary's most stunning city, Tokaj In conclusion, I hope my suggestion won't go unnoticed and the developers of TSW4 will add this instead of adding the same trains 7 times in different 30$ DLC's. slightly off topic but it is always funny when I see pics of Hungarian trains/railways + seeing a lot of Hungarian trains in Vienna when I visit there... and it is Taurus, Vectron, 185s, 186s, various TRAXXes... aka most modern rolling stock comes from Germany/Austria/Switzerland and as we know Orban's rhetoric... it is an ironic contast, what he talks (EU bad, booo ) and then you see mostly German locos/trains in there ... somehow, despite him leading the country, the railways seem quite decent for some reason
Well I wouldn't say our that the state of MAV (Hungarian State Railways) is anywhere close to being good, there are a lot of defects still, however it's improving overtime especially with the new KISS trains and the upgraded FLIRTs and I have heard that there is a plan to replace all V43 models to Vectrons by ~2026, anyways greetings from Hungary! ❤️
and I have seen lots of Taurus-es under MAV banner (4124s and Desiro Classics as well)... and I believe there either is or will be some 200 kmh corridors in Hungary... in Budapest I have heard that they established sth like S-Bahn recently as well, which is kinda cool, I wish Bratislava would utilize its dense network of tracks to make an S-Bahn too
Oh yeah the HEV is not new it has been in operation since 1887 however it could be nice if the trains weren't 70 years old, so many important and busy places where these go yet we use trains from 1960 But at least we got these new stunning Tauruses, and I'm actually hoping that instead of Vectrons Tauruses will be the replacements for the older Ganz locos
regarding Budapest, I regularly arrive in Vienna early morning when RailJet 2x consist (half of which is headed to Budapest) is at Wien Hbf... looks damn impressive really uses a lot of space at those 450m platforms
+2 on this suggestion A bit off-topic for just a second or two. Google Segített Üdvözlöm.Az USA-ból = Google Translate Helped greetings from the USA én is szeretném látni = I would like to see it also Okay, enough of that, I would like to see some content from the part of the world where my family is from and where I was born, I like the look of the older trains, in a way it's going back in time, as well as seeing some of the newer Locos/trains. I did a bit of searching on Tokaj and found this old steam loco that could be a mastery you unlock. Spoiler https://www.google.com/maps/place/T...8!10e5!16s/g/11f105yqxx!5m2!1e4!1e2?entry=ttu
Yeah, don't worry about the virus thingy, it's perfectly safe, they are just using HTTP instead of HTTPS and your AV detects all http websites as potentially malicious URL Void Scan Result And I really like your idea for the steam loco!
Oh, I understand, I always check, had funds stolen, and almost had my identity stolen, I take no chances, plus I put it there in the event someone gets worried that it's a scam.
Bring it on to the game and speaking of MAV 120 years ago it was under KkStb which DTG has the license to use for in-game. Because it was the predecessor to ÖBB during the reign of Kaiser Franz Josef I which was spelt in Hungary as I. Ferenc József magyar király wiki link is in Hungarian. Therefore this route has to be in KkStb era to solve the licence issue
