I Am Confused About The Collection Downloading? Somebody, Plz

I am a bit confused about the downloads of my collection, a lot of people are saying it doesn’t work and need to re-install, I’m not in the mood to loose my progress though. What should I do? Also, I have and season ticket and it works. As I now use a keyboard and controller, I was able to see that on the introduction to Boston-Providence, it was only running at about 16 FPS, which even on PS4 is very low, is this a bug or not.

I'm in the same boat as you. I have tried everything and even tried reinstalling the game 3 times!!
My answer now is to delete it all again, wait a week or two and try again.
I'm frustrated and a bit cranky, but there are a lot of worse things happening around the place.
It will get sorted.

Go to PS store and issue a refund to take your money back, only in that way they will start to think…

 

Update on dovetail LIVE. Has all the information in there about the update it is out now
